Our journey began with a desire to make authentic toys celebrating nature and simplicity.
Tired of seeing toys that didn’t align with our ethos we started to create simple, natural and timeless toys for our children.
We wanted every toy to be the story of change we want to tell.
Our Philosophy
We believe in the magic of childhood and the enduring beauty of nature.
Nature is the most creative form. In wood we have texture, shapes, hues that by default will never overwhelm children’s creativity. We think that simplicity drives imaginative and resourceful play. We combined the craftsmanship of skilled artisans from the Dolomites, Italy with a vision of pure and nordic design to create toys that are unique.

We have always wanted to create something that would tell our past, our childhood and our journey. Starting from our memories we wanted to challenge ourselves proving that a slow product, made locally and entirely by hand without shortcuts, can attract children interest and inspire their creativity. In JOPA, we put our experiences, our learnings, travels and the hope to contribute to a more conscious toy making industry.
